The Eagle River Camera Club is sponsoring
a juried photography competition for the Bear Paw Festival in Eagle River. The winning photographs will be on display at Jitters in Eagle River - to be enjoyed by the
public.
During the month of May (May 2nd
- May 20th) the Alaska Fine Arts Academy has been the drop-off point for all Bear Paw Photography Contest entries. The categories
were: Eagle River, People, Scenic, Fauna, Flora, and Open/Creative. The contest includes separate classes for youth,
adult, and professional photographers. Below is a list of the 2011 photographs selected by the jury:

In its’ third year the contest is jointly sponsored by the Alaska Fine Arts Academy, Jitters, and the
Eagle River Camera Club. The juried contest is held in conjunction with the Eagle River Bear Paw Festival. For
