Rest assured that your contact information will be held in the strictest confidence and will be used only to contact you
when necessary, will not be sold, rented etc. Your Executive Club Membership is for the duration of two years
from the date you first click "Submit" below. At this time Executive Club Membership is available only via
Credit or Debit card. A transaction will be initiated each month for the following twenty-four months in the amount
of $25.00 and will be submitted for payment on the next business day and will continue monthly on the first business
day of each month.
